The RT1000 is designed for heavy and versatile position machining. The table can support work pieces of  up to 8000kg and milling performance uses 42kw of power and 1636Nm of torque. The technical specifications and fundamental characteristics are based on the U1000. In addition, the stable rotary table (Germany, FIBRO or Italy, OMR..) allows the RT1000 to have better precision and rigidity. The max. spindle speed is 4000 rpm – in continuous operation – is ensured with high quality components, such as a spiral bevel gear (Germany, Tandler) and bearings (Sweden, SKF) as well as a head cooling system, which is supplied as standard. It also incorporates top quality high precision bearings (Spain KORTA), ball screw and spindle assemblies, and features a ‘ZF gear box’ arrangement as standard. Optional universal automatic vertical(2.5°indexing) head, A2(vertical-horizontal) and A4(2.5°indexing) head arrangement allows for extremely flexible machining capabilities. It is workable from 5 sides thanks to its built-in automatic positioning 2 axes head.
