The WiNGTRAX is a big and highly rigid boring and milling machine equipped with a Ø160/Ø180 boring spindle with a 800/1000mm travel. The max. spindle speed is 1500rpm, which can provide a maximum torque output of 2400 Nm. An Elevating platform with a large window of safety glass, which is supplied as standard,  is user friendly and enables the operator to stay at the ideal working position. There is a wide range of configurations on multiple axes and X-axis movement with a Twin-Drive system is composed of a preloaded rack and pinion system with 2 servo motors for “dynamic movement”. One is actually driving, while the other is braking to be “backlash free”. Also, the moving column system with high rigidity INA LM linear provides for heavy cutting, fast movement and low abrasion capabilities and gives WiNGTRAX  high precision capabilities. It is a suitable solution for effective real time saving and associated cost saving for end users who require high flexibility and a wide variety of optional features and accessories such as different milling-heads, head change station, automatic tool change, floor plates, angle plates, auxiliary tables, rotary table, travelling rotary tables and many other special options thanks to its structure. The machine is ideal for roughing and finishing operations on all parts and can be installed in mould and die operations, aeronautic and power generation industries as well as for general shop jobs.
